I am eager to try this. In Rio Grande do Sul, where my mother is from, the cuia process for mate is something we have tried. They drink it a lot, but this is the same concept for coffee. The cleaning job, difficulty of use and time limits of current processes have always been my least favorite part of my favorite thing every day.
